Rock Ledge Ranch will be transformed with the sights, sounds, and aromas of this traditionally festive season!

The evening features: wagon rides, old-time musical entertainment, lantern tours to the 1860s Homestead Cabin, Blacksmith Shop demonstrations, barn dancing, Victorian celebrations in the 1880s Rock Ledge House, and Edwardian festivities in the 1907 Orchard House.

St. Nicholas will be in the Carriage House to visit with children and adults. Purchase those extra special Ranch-made gifts at the General Store! Hot cider, cocoa, and other sweet treats will be available at several locations around the Ranch. Visit the Studio to make a special holiday craft.

Drinks and snacks available for sale in the Carriage House are cash-only. Face painting in the Studio is cash-only.

The Ranch will be filled with activities and fun in the crisp autumn air. Take a wagon ride with the family, listen to old-time music, pick a pumpkin to take home, scramble for candy, kick back on the lawn with a slice of pie, and take time to tour the Historic Homes, visit the Blacksmith and more.

Pumpkins are $5 each.

Bid for fine, handcrafted folk art at the silent auction in the Carriage House from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Select items are “Buy it now!”

Plan to stay through the day as food vendors will be on site. Credit/debit accepted for admission and General Store. Plan to have small-bill cash on hand.

No outside vendor applications. This event is a part of the Living History Program.

Postponed until 2021: 11th Annual Powwow

All Ranch special events have been postponed indefinitely.

The rich American Indian heritage of the Pikes Peak region is interpreted on a daily basis at Rock Ledge Ranch. On this special day, the Ranch celebrates America’s indigenous nations with a traditional Powwow. The 11th Annual Garden of the Gods Rock Ledge Ranch Powwow will represent many American Indian Tribes. The Powwow will include various exhibition dances, Specials (contest) for youth and adults. Meet this year’s Princess, and enjoy the Powwow drums and singers.  Enjoy Native food, arts, crafts, and education exhibits. Mark your calendar and come join this fun and festivities! Postponed until 2021: 42nd Annual Holly Berry House Folk Art Festival

All Ranch special events have been postponed indefinitely.

The Holly Berry House Folk Art Festival is an annual event at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site at the  Garden of the Gods Park. It features the craftsmanship of 165 juried artisans from across the United States. You will find a unique array of fine crafts, one-of-a-kind collectibles, antiques and much, much more! Complimented by food music and historic tours, this event benefits the preservation and restoration of Rock Ledge Ranch. Vendors are encouraged to apply by returning the jury form available by clicking on “Application For Jurying” link below.
